Thank you for asking about English sources. Unfortunately most of the coverage in English is quite superficial and not investigative, but here are a few ideas:

I agree with Jon on Colombia Reports (http://www.ColombiaReports.com). It’s written in English mostly by people on the ground in Colombia and may be your best source.

Semana’s International Section (http://www.semana.com/internacional) may also be of interest to you. They don’t have much original material, but they have links to a lot of other good English articles.

Adam Isacson’s blog (http://www.cipcol.org/) is updated frequently and is a great analytical source.

The Two Weeks Notice blog (http://weeksnotice.blogspot.com/) will hopefully have some good commentary in the next few weeks.

Colombia’s RCN is trying to do news in English online (http://www.colombianews.tv/). Often it is sadly superficial, but may be worth a look.

If I think of anymore, I’ll add them here. If anyone else has ideas, please also comment here.
